The V-Type has been built using a carefully balanced ‘recipe’ of old and new design techniques. It produces a heady, exciting modern vintage sound that just makes you want to keep on playing: a speaker that delivers authentic Celestion tone whatever your style.
Matamp retro Cabinet
From our colourful history comes the traditional picture frame design in Green Matamp livery.
Green basketweave vinyl, black fretcloth, white string, black corners and metal handles finished off with a hand painted Green logo. The Deluxe cabinet can be ordered with a range of Celestion speakers to perfectly match your amp and personalise your tone.
Still constructed using 18mm plywood by hand in our Huddersfield workshop, nothing quite sounds or looks like a Green Matamp cab.
It’s only a Green if it’s a Green Matamp.
