Sale of Goods Terms

Required Build Time

Matamp supply products that are hand-built to order. We endeavour to hand build and test our products within 30 days from the date of ordering, depending on the availability of parts and components. This however can be different for each product depending on stock and lead time from suppliers. If a product has a build time different from the standard 30 days, the time required to build the product will be shown on the product page. If a product does not have a lead time mentioned, it is a stock item and should be available for dispatch.

We may temporarily increase build time due to demand. In any case, we always endeavour to meet the build time stated when you placed your order.

Shipping time is not included in the build time.

If you require the product sooner please contact us and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

If we are able to build your new amplifier sooner, or there is a delay, for any reason, we will contact you to let you know and it will dispatched as soon as it is tested and ready to leave the factory.

Delivery

Matamp aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours upon completion of your product being built. Timescales quoted on the website and in marketing literature are estimates only and are dependent on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. Customers will be notified if goods are out of stock, on backorder or a pre-ordered item.

Postage and Packing

Delivery is free of charge in the UK.

All other regions have the postage and packing price added to the product price and is correct at time of ordering.

We have the right to change postage costs if required should the service required be unavailable or have changed, you shall be notified in any event of this situation arising.

Returns

Unsuitable items must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase and the original proof of purchase must be included (i.e. delivery note or invoice). Matamp will then process the refund, however the original postage costs will not be refunded.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Items damaged in transit or deemed faulty will be replaced. Please contact Matamp within 3 working days of receiving your goods and we will send out a replacement. Where no replacement is available, we will issue a refund.

Cancellations (UK)

For orders in the UK you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. The period of 14 days begins on the day after the day you receive your goods. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items that contain custom design and manufacture. You must inform Matamp of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. If your order involves customization then you will not be offered the right to cancel but will still benefit from our warranty.

You must take reasonable care of the goods and may inspect and assess them, but not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. Matamp will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, Matamp reserve the right to charge, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Matamp cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns nor are we able to send them back to you. Please look closely at the items you return.

Missing Items

You must notify us of any items missing from an order within 3 days of receipt.

Returning Items

Make sure that products returned are in perfect condition and have all original packaging. If you return goods to Matamp, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, Matamp may charge, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
