All Matamp products come as standard with a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in both parts / components (excluding valves and speakers) and workmanship when purchased from either Matamp directly or an approved dealer.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, replacement or modification of any part or component, or misuse of the product.
In warranty repairs have an additional 1 year warranty on the repair from the date of return delivery.
Returns
Please contact Matamp, or if you did not purchase direct contact your reseller, to arrange returns authorisation before sending.
All returns must be sent using a recorded delivery service and be insured to the appropriate amount. Matamp cannot be liable for costs incurred if a delivery is lost or damaged in transit and the correct service has not been used.
